Please know that we are no longer accepting registrations for 1st-3rd grades and for 4th-6th grades, as we have met capacity. There are a few PreK-K spots but they are filling up very quickly!

Registration has opened for our church’s 19th season of Upward. Upward is a recreational basketball league for children 4 years old thru sixth grade. Please know that our basketball program focuses on the complete development of your child: physically, socially, mentally, and spiritually.

The early registration fee will be $90. After November 3, the fee will be $100. Registration will close on November 18 or as we meet capacity.

Included in your registration fee is:

  • A reversible jersey

  • An upward t-shirt

  • Practice and game recognition stickers and a poster to collect the stickers at home

  • 10 one-hour, once-weekly practices*

  • 8 games*

  • A church’s 19 year experience and partnership with Upward

  • Background checked, trained coaches who have a heart for your child’s growth

  • Background checked, trained volunteer referees who believe in our program

  • Reversible shorts may be purchased for an additional $15.

Key dates and happening for our program include:

  • Evaluation dates on Tuesday, November 12 - 6-7:30pm and Saturday, November 16 – 10-11:30am (Each child must attend one on-site evaluation, arriving in athletic clothes at any time during the evaluation.)

  • Practices begin the week of January 6, 2025

  • The first game will be on Saturday, January 18

  • There will be a bye week (no games) on Saturday, February 8.

  • Our last game and team pizza parties will be on Saturday, March 15
